Concentrate on your hands, then allow your hands to move toward the object. After your hands have made contact with the object you're trying to move, gently push. If at first this doesn't work, apply more pressure using triceps, biceps, or even chest muscles.

Have you developed Chi?

Who taught you?

What school of Chi Kung did you learn?

There is a lot that you have to learn and practice to be able to do something like that. And I do mean A LOT!!!

I hope you are not someone who just thinks you can because you saw it on a video or something.

What is your Chi Kung background?

I am not trying to belittle you but there is alot of that going on around on here.

You have to learn specific exercises that develop outflowing chi. If you learned from someone, ask that person.

As far as concentrating on muscle is concerned... the muscles are not involved whatsoever. Chi has nothing to do with muscles at all. So that is incorrect advice.

It solely involves the breath, the mind and intention.

Neither, concentrate on the point of contact your hand makes with the object then, when you feel your mind is ready, quickly move your hand forward and you'll see the object move as well.

I don't really know, I read that it is easier to visually pull yourself closer to the object than to imagine the object moving. So if you do figure it out feel free to email me. Good Luck.

Beatchanter said it. Really, though, this is impossible. The Chi (or Ki, or "Life Force" - however you say it) is not nearly as powerful as some claim it to be - certainly not powerful enough for telekenesis.

Neither.

It's a process. Concentrate on the process, and the bridge you must build to accomplish the task.
