Hi,
You mean 100,000 YTL (New TL) or 100,000 TL (Old) ?
If Old TL, it does not change, no need to change, I mean it means 100,000 TL (old) = 10 Ykr ...
But if you are talking 100,000 YTL, it is big money ...
Just only Banking Office, can be change it ...
Cheers

Unfortunately that note is old now. After Turkish government dropped off zeros, they have printed new money. The economy was strong enough to support this. Zeros came in within a period of 10-20 years through multiple inflations in the economy and devaluation of the Turkish Lira. It is now equivalent to today's 10 kurus, which is like 10 cents. Even before the zeros were dropped it was worth that much.

Nowhere in the Philippines I'm afraid. Our foreign exchange dealers don't trade in Turkish currency as we don't have that much Turkish nationals here.

Check if it is YTL or TL. If YTL, buy a sports car. If TL, buy a bubble gum.
