he runs up to the lounge and hides when people come over, but he ran away from me today up into the lounge...does he hate me?

the weather has changed its really windy, so maybe thats what happened?

he didnt even come when i called him which is really unusual

No. Cats get scared easily and probably was just surprised.

Also, sometimes, they are just not in the mood for human interaction, so they avoid you. but that doesn't mean they don't hate you.

has anything changed about your schedule or the arrangement of your house?
there has been a lot of construction around my house because we are having a baby, and my cats have been skittish around everyone including me. we just finished our new computer room, and the cats are afraid to go out there mostly because they weren't allowed into that area when it was a garage.
i think something happened while you weren't home that freaked him out, and that's why he went to hide.

no, she's not.. she just want to play.. y'know we must give time to our pets even 30 minutes a day.. that will make them feel loved and cared and they will, for sure, love us in return..

Nooo, that's what cats do sometimes. They don't always want to be cuddly, they need their privacy. Let him come to you when he wants to.
