met a girl a few weeks ago. we've hung out 3-4 times so far. she's single.
1) asked me if i was single the first time we hung out
2) often gets changed and puts on make-up before we go out together, even if it's spur of the moment. she got a haircut and asked me "do you like it?"
3) doesn't tell me about other guys ever. she also shows me her body a lot...this tattoo, that scrape, etc.
4) told her friend, very near me, she wanted a "long term relationship" and teasingly accused me of eavesdropping.
5) friday night, she went out with me even though i asked her just a few minutes in advance.i put my hand on her shoulder several times and she never pulled away. sits very close too.
6) lately, she hasn't talked to me as much...but she has seemed depressed.
is she losing interest, or what?

I'm not sure that she's depressed...there may just be something going on in her life.
I think the best step would ask her if theres anything you can do, cheer her up. If she still seems cold after that back off a bit and let her come to you. If still nothing, something happened and for some reason she isn't interested anymore..sorry man!

Do you really want an answer or what? If you don't feel comfortable with a person or have too many questions about your relationship, it is clear that she is not the girl you need. Whatever she does should make you sure that you are the boy she needs. If it is not, there is no relationship.

She does not know what she wants by the sounds of it. If you like her ask her out for dinner have a few wines and see what happens. Otherwise remember friends last alot longer than relationships. Friends are very rare to find.

She may be experiencing some bad things going on in her life. Just walk up to her and put your arm on her shoulder. ask if she is oday, because you notice that she looked a bit down lately. If she responds to you, then you will know if she is still interested.
