I doubt you want out for moral reasons. Most likely, you simply can't cut it. Talk to your Company Commander and tell him you're a wuss. Perhaps he'll initiate an entry level separation procedure so you can be discharged.

You joined the Army and then discovered that your "beliefs" don't include killing and war??? Yeah, right. . .
You can file for Conscientious Objector status. However, you will find that this is a time consuming and difficult process. While waiting for the process to work its way through the system you will still be expected to continue your training. Your filing for this status will not earn you any respect from your fellow trainees; expect a lot of contempt from them.
How about this option. Finish basic training and opt for a non-combat MOS (Military Occupational Specialty). You can still serve your country and not violate your beliefs.
If you have found that basic training is just too tough and you are just looking for an easy way out; you are taking the wrong path. Just keep plugging away. One of two things will happen. Basic training will come to an end or the Army will decide you just can't cut it and will give you a discharge for the good of the service.

first of all...if at any point during basic you feel like you can't hack it you obviously didn't think anything through before hand. I enjoyed basic. I'm in the infantry and had no problem with it. You should show some backbone and just finish up your commitment. If you seriously can't do it then tell them straight up. Don't be a wuss about it and weasel your way out. Let them know you have an will continue to be unable to conform to the military lifestyle and that you will only hinder the armed forces. Ask that you be discharged asap so you can quit wasting their time.

Graduate!! Honestly, that is by far the quickest and easiest way to get out of basic. If you can't hack the training, you'll just get recycled untill you can pass, or atleast come close to the standards. If you get hurt, you'll just get put on med hold untill you recover. If you get hurt bad enough, to the point where you won't be able to serve, you'll have to get medical boarded out, which is a long drawn out process, months, maybe even close to a year, depending on your situation. If you just give up and refuse to train, enjoy your time in limbo, they'll kick you out eventually, but they'll take their time processing the paper work. Although I can't testify to this since I went to an all male bct, I've heard if you get caught sleeping with a female recruit, they'll kick you out in a hurry.
So pretty there's 3 options:
Go AWOL
Sleep with another recruit
Or graduate.

I find it hard to believe that you enlisted in the Army with no prior knowledge of what you may be called upon to do as a member of the military. There seems to be no shortage of such questions on this board.

Okay, here's what you need to do: Walk up to your DI and tell him that you're a spineless, c*cksmoking, limp-wrist douche bag p*ssy who can't hack it and you want to go back home to your mommy.

1 how did you get on the internet in the middle of basic,2 you have to chapter out you just wasted your time and the taxpayers money good luck . i argee with the answer below it is way faster to chapter out in AIT than basic if you try to leave in basic they wil keep you for a long time in AIT they just kick you out.

Use the chain of command to let them know you don't have the balls it takes to make it. They'll be glad to get rid of you.
Just remember, a dishonorable discharge or discharge for the good of the service is nothing to be proud of.Is that what you want?

Yes, everyone, they do allow some morons in the military, here is the perfect example. I guess you thought you were joining boy scouts. Tell your drill sgt that you need tampons because you are pms'in.
