I always been tp a private school But since i was 6 i went to a private catholic school, and i was fine. But when i gradauted from the school my mom chose a christian private school for highschool. For some reason, going to this school is making me care less bout religion. I'm starting to get tired with all the religous talk and talking bout the bible.
Is this normal? Should i do something bout it? I used to like religion class everything, but for some reason my interest is drifting away. Is it the school or is it just me.
btw.im catholic.

I converted to paganism while in a Christian school. So yeah, they can turn you against the religion because you are in constant contact with how these people really act, not how they say they act.

Blessed be

I attend a mainly conservative Christian school and I have since I was 5. This year I began to think for myself. I slowly developed my own way of thinking and I broke away from everything I had been taught. I now consider myself an Atheist, and I'm glad. It's a struggle, because (I hate saying I do this, but I have to) I have to pretend to be someone I'm not. I have to pretend to be religious and all, because if I wasn't I'd lose my friends. I actually realized I'd lose my closest friends if I told them this past Friday. We were at lunch and my best friend said "It's a sin to talk to someone after they left the church" and although I don't understand why, and I've never seen it in the bible, it definitely told me just to keep my thoughts to myself. It's hard because people say such bigoted, racist, and homosexual things all the time, and I can't do anything about it. It sucks, but in a few years I'll be in college and I won't have anything to worry about.

You are beginning to use your brain to think for yourself.
I had the same experience and once you are free of religion you can live a normal life.

It is normal.
By the way, those are Protestants. Catholics are Christians too.

we all get tired of religion, let's not get tired of serving Jesus, let's keep our relationship strong with him,he is what counts, not the organize religion.

Then get out of there!
In my home town we have youth groups in every church ready to set your mind right in what's pleasing to us... I mean God.

It's the devil slowly working on you. It's easy to stop him if you really want to.
