I CANT PASS THE WRITTEN TEST. but i think ill do okay on the driving part of the test

Yes, there is class for driving. Just enroll yourself into a driving school . These are in the vocational school in town. They will teach you first how to drive and the rest is how to pass the written test in driving. And add to your learning is try to observe traffic rules and regulations. Or buy books about traffic rules, Just familiarize yourself with signs. I think you make hard with signs. If you are in the Philippines just drop by the National Book Store or school supplies store in town.

Just go to the DMV and pick up all the discarded tests from the trash basket nearest the test area..... take them home and study them as well as the driving manual. Its amazing what you can learn from others mistakes...
You will do just fine....
