why would you do that? But since you want to, if you flushing your system you can open all your fittings and keep an eye on the resevoir to make sure it doesn't go empty. the fitting on the calipers and wheel cylinders. you have to keep adding break fluid to the master cylinder and not let it go empty.

If you have a bleed screw on the master cylinder open it up and have a friend pump the pedal until you are about empty, then close the bleed and add fresh fluid to the master cylinder. Go to the furthest wheel cylinder or caliper away from the master and open the bleed. Have your friend pump the pedal until fresh fluid comes out. Close the valve, and go to the other side and repeat the process. Make sure that the master fluid doesn't run dry or you'll have to start over. Go to the front and bleed the furthest away, and then the closest one. Now you should have all fresh fluid and good brakes.

good luck.

you can drain the master cylinder under the hood but then if you want all the fluid out you have to also bleed from each wheel cylinder

You mean that a Ford has kept brake fluid without leaking? Incredible. You have to disconnect lines, refill and blow out air in lines.
