I been hanging out with my ex husbands friends and one of his guy friends want to hook up. However I told him it would not be right and that it mess up the friendship we have made. He is a great guy.

i did that and i just had guilt after but my ex really screwed me over and i happened to like his friend that i wasnt doing it to get back at him it just so happened that we liked eachother. but think about it very carefully cuz you could mess up a friendship between you and him or him and your ex..

I'm lost here. Your worried if you get in a relationship it will ruin YOUR friendship. Isn't this where relationships start in real life?

he might think so, but i dont. I figure the key word here "ex" means that you dont have them anymore. I am in a similar situation where i slept with my friends ex girlfriend. We not friends anymore. I didnt see the problem, that key word again "ex" but he was really hurt.

it depends if you are still friends with your ex? if you are then i wouldnt do anything.If not then you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.It also probably depends on how long your ex has been your ex over a year then its prob ok.
