I feel like im awake but i also feel like im sleeping. There is a white figure that is hovering above me. I cant see its face but it is a heavenly white color. its in a white choir robe looking thing. i cant say anything and i cant scream for help even though i try. my daughter and niece have seen it and they were not sleeping. i have had this dream type thing many times before. the next thing i know im awake and screaming. it doesnt try to reach out to me it just hovers above me.

Since you can't say anything why don't you calm down and think what you want to say to it. If you have had this dream before and no harm has come to you, what makes you think it will happen now. Maybe it is a angel of God watching over you and your family. Be thankful you have a guardian angle there.

Maybe it's waiting for you to get over being weirded out about it, it doesn't sound threatening, but you have a lifetime of "programming" telling you that you should be scared when you see things like this. In this state of half awake and half asleep, perhaps it is easier for you to pick up on beings around you then, where you daughter and niece pick up on it more easily, because they are children. I guess the question is, whether it is one of your guides, a guardian of some kind, or a ghost. If it isn't doing anything threatening to you or your children, well, you won't find out anymore about it until you can become comfortable with it being there, your fear will block you from being able to communicate with it. What is the children's attitude toward it, and have they communicated with it? What do they think it is? If you do feel threatened about it, then you should call in someone who deals with this sort of thing. If you don't feel threatened by it, maybe you could try announcing before you go to sleep that you aren't ready for this sort of thing, and request the being to leave you alone, maybe that will help....If you actually want to know more about it, then try telling your self that the next time you meet this being, you will feel calm and centered and ready to hear what it has to say to you. Don't expect that to work right away, just keep saying that to your self as you go to sleep at night, and "re-program" yourself to meet the being calmly, and hear what it has to say...

Seeing a being in a white robe usually means sickness or hospital, you or someone you know may be sick or end up in the hospital. Sounds crazy but its kind of like a vision and when you see things like this they do usually mean something.

It could be
1. Your house is haunted. That explains your inability to scream (fear) and why others have seen it (it's real).
or,
2. Someone you all know died, and your all remembering them simotaneously. That's why you all see it. And, you couldn't scream because, though you were scared, deep down you wanted to hear the message.

Go talk to a counselor... they'll help you out. It doesn't mean you're nuts.. it means you need to talk to someone who'll understand the mind better than ordinary folk.

It is probably saying you are paranoid in that you always feel that you are watched by someone or something. Im not a doctor, I dont know, thats just how I interpret it.
