Catch? it's a must in Winters and makes a bath,more enduring.it's not the cold water but the cold in my head(psychological),which makes a bath a shivering experience Singing is a best diversion,though I hate to hear my own voice.What to do?.

no i know that i'm doing it when i start. i like the way my voice sounds in there. it's usually in the morning so my voice is really low.
