One of our family panditji advise me to take fast on monday & Saturday for the God Like Shiv & Sanidev. But I actually dnt khow the method of fastinf. So kindly plaease anyone give me some tips aout fasting & method of Puja of the great God. I will be very greatful.

no offense to your gods when i fast it is water and fruits,
prayers and meditation three times-morn, noon and night
and i ask in prayer and listen in meditation...good luck...2bz.

The only God of which I am aware, does not require fasting. However, when it is done, nothing is eaten or digested by mouth, other than liquids, such as water and broth.

so u want to fast to brahman if your young and growing dont fast only give up sweets and something u like. well if u arent
Eat breaky and that is it and have plenty of fluids.

i know this is inconvenient to u but

brahman=god=allah
