I hope you're not a nurse or anyone else who is giving meds to patients! 1 Gram is = to 1000mg, so you would give 2cc. But let someone else do it, okay?

This has me a little worried.
1000mg = 1g
A concentration of 1g/2cc means you would give 2cc.

Let's see: you want to give a gram, and there's a gram in 2 ml. Hmmmm.
Don't you think you're over-stressing?
