12 grams or more taken all at once is considered fatal dose. If not treated promptly,it will injure the liver severely ending up into liver failure. There will be vomiting and severe consequences with death as its possible ultimate end.Death however, will not occur that instantly. There will be a considerable moments of "sufferings".
I hope you are asking this just for curiosity reasons.....

Fatal doses are termed LD50, where 50% of the people (or animals based on weight) will die if they ingest that dose.
It is not recommended that a person take more than 3.5 grams of Paracetamol in a 24 hour period.
A lethal dose of Paracetamol will cause liver failure. It will be extrememly unpleasant and death would not be immediate. It may take days or weeks to die. Furthermore, liver failure may cause other organ system failure prior to death.

Anything over about 150 mg/kg body mass is a risk, but it takes a larger dose, in the range of 500 mg/kg, to reliably produce liver failure, which is a slow and miserable way to go. Note that it usually takes days for the liver failure to occur, and perhaps months for death to ensue. It's just a stupid way to try to do yourself in.
