Look at Yorkie books at the Pet Store. Not all Yorkie ears stand up. I have two Yorkies. One has neither ears up, both are down. And the other one has one up and one down. So if they never go up, don't worry about it. It is very commom.

Well my Yorkie is 11 months old and hes ears are also dawn but i think is because hes ears are either to big or they are just heavy because of all the hair is normal i have seen a lot of Yorkies like that some people clip their ears wen puppy's i didn't i think he looks so cute like that but once in a while is funny because hes ears are up.

They usually start standing anywhere from 6 weeks of age up to 12 weeks of age. As old as your puppy is the ears are going to stay down.
