Insist that the teacher send u to the toilet or else just walk out, say you cant wait or else u will do in your pants. Dont worry about the teachers, just do whats best for yourself. Dont be afraid.
May be you have food poisioning that has lead to diarohea and that leads to cramps and chills. Be careful what you eat or drink, open or stale food and leftovers etc. Be hygenic and dont use others mugs to drink water etc. Be careful or else u will pick up these problems and have to suffer. Take care of your health. Get tablets to stop the motions, Im sure u can get them over the counter from the pharmacy. Try Eldopar tablets for immediate relief.

You might have some type of virus. But having diarrhea for 4 weeks is really serious. You can get dehydrated. SOmething is definitely wrong. You should talk to your parents and have a doctor check you.
Who cares about having diarrhea at school. Everyone has had it some time.

Could be some food poisoning. Have you eatten anything 'off' lately? At some resturant you don't usually go to.

If you are at school and have a diarhea urge, just go, quietly. Then visit the nurses office. In some things you cannot let other people control you, period.

Sounds like you have the stomach flu. Or possibly a virus going around school. And, the teacher HAS to let you go. It is the law! Just get up and go.
