I just started with a large retailer a couple months ago as a management trainee. I have over two years of retail experience before this.

Yet, the vibe I am getting from my manager is that I don't seem happy. I will say I do not have much of a relationship with the store manager and the rest of management as well. I take no breaks and work my butt off, which is what I thought the company wanted, but appearently not as I am having trouble with the political aspects of my job. My store manager did say that I am ok.

Or maybe I am no longer meant to work in retail and need to eventually look for another job. The comapny often transfers people so there is a chance I won't be at the store I am at much longer.

Ask your manager what you can do to improve. Read some books on the subject: your library should have them. From your other posts, it seems like you use your job to search for women: maybe it's time to learn what the company means by customer service.

Some managers do not show their appreciation for your work ,because they want to keep you on edge so they can get more work from you, or maybe they are not great communicators.Nevertheless, to succeed in the professional world you will need to be able to work with all types of personalities and management styles.
You do not have to like the people you work with you just have to act in a professional manner.
If you love what you do then you should not quit. I would ask for a review to see where they see your job heading.
You should also take breaks. They are needed to rejuvenate you throughout the day so you do not get burned out.
Good Luck
