She has the Emergency Order against me. If I show up at a public place first does she have to leave? She is usng this epo to harrass me. We both frueqent the same place on friday nights. Just because she filled the order first shouldnt give her the right to harrass me this way. I think it should be whoever gets there first, but I dont know law. Also it is the sate of Kentucky.

I agree with the first answerer. Read the order word by word, see if there is any type of limit of how many feet or where this order is valid, her home, her work. An order is meant to keep the party from harassment at her place of residence or job, not public places, still does not give you the right to be stupid.
Avoid her if you are at the same place or do like the other answerer said, find somewhere else to go.

The game has just gotten ugly. You would be smart to avoid the public places that you both normally frequent. Remember this--when there's any doubt, the woman wins.

Don't push your luck. Stay away from the place you both frequent. Since you know she goes there you will be expected not to go there. What is more important, your ego or staying out of jail? Hopefully the later.

Ask the judge as he approved the order and it should state what it should be.
Talk to the bouncers and they can prevent her from coming in as you are there first or they can let you know she is there first . most of them that I know will be happy to keep trouble to a minumum.

Change where you go on Friday nights. When the police are called, they will not care, nor will they ask who was there first. And you get to go to jail.............

If you need to go somewhere that she is, go first to the police and ask for an escort.
