I suspect the map is a hoax. However, the Soviet Union did purposefully produce inaccurate maps of its own cities and territories, to make it more difficult for invading armies to succeed. I remember reading about one visitor to the Soviet Union who was completely baffled by a map of Moscow, until this was explained to him.

They have military plans on how to do it, building a large military, building the Warsaw Pact alliance and alliance to other communist nations and building large numbers of Nuclear warheads, but they have no commitment to do it because the Soviet Union, eventhough they are angry to the Americans and to America's allies because of differences in ideology, they still have concience because they now that if they tried to launch a nuclear war to erase the allies in the world map, many innocent people from both sides and other countries will suffer the same fate as the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. i think the map you saw is either a soviet military plan map or a great "hoax". please Send the image to me for me to see if it is real or a hoax.

They planned a nuclear attack from Cuba a few decades ago. They planned to hit major cities in the U.S. A Russian military official betrayed his country to prevent Armageddon.(CODE NAME:HERO) Kennedy was informed and caught Russia and Cuba in the act of transporting necessities needed to launch from great distances. the person who posted the map did not know what it means, it means that yes they were trying to "dissapear" the other major countrys but only by propaganda, the USSR was comy and they were trying to make their population belive that they were the only "power" in the world and that eventually they would be the only country in the world, for a time the populis of USSR was told WWIII had happend and that the USSR was wining.

during the cold war the goal of Russia was to control the world. Whether this map is real or not who knows other than the person who created it.

Why would they want to get rid of North America when they'd give anything to have our resources and warm water ports? They wanted to invade, not demolish.
