Islam is the fastest growing religion of the world

An article in Reader’s Digest ‘Almanac’, year book 1986, gave the statistics of the increase of percentage of the major religions of the world in half a century from 1934 to 1984. This article also appeared in ‘The Plain Truth’ magazine.
At the top was Islam, which increased by 235%,
and Christianity had increased only by 47%

The reason for this is truth Islam is True religion.
This is the only reason of converting

I want to point out that in the Quran it states there is no compulsion in religion. It is your free will. Allah gave you free will for a reason. Yes it is true that a lot of Christians convert to Islam. I have met many in the past and a few are in my family as well. There are many reasons why they convert, I think the main reason is because they see how some Muslims are very dedicated to praying, staying clean, etc. In America alone, 20,000 convert to Islam each year. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. I haven't met any Muslims who converted out of Islam but I know that there are a handful of them. I believe this is mainly because of the culture clash with Islam. They see what their culture is like and they blame it on Islam. It's not really their fault, it's their surroundings. If a Christian wanted to convert to Islam they'd have to read the "Shahada" which is the declaration that there is no God but Allah and Prophet Muhammed (saw) was His last Messenger. I hope this helps!!

In Muslim countries if a person choses to leave the Muslim faith they are put to death. So it is not likely that they would be open about leaving Islam, but as for the first part of your statement, I have no evidence that there are any Christians that have become Muslims

the rate of conversion from islam to christianity is much higher than the rate from christianity to islam.because muslims believe a death penalty showed be imposed on a muslim convert to other religion,so muslims who convert hide their convert

I haven't heard that at all, yes their was a Muslim man in Afghanistan that converted to Christianity, it was on the news they wanted to kill him. I think he had to leave the country. There have been many Muslims that have converted to Christianity in America, in other places they get killed if they convert. If a Muslim wants to convert all they have to do is go to a church and be baptized and study the bible. For a Christian I guess they would do the same thing only going to a Mosque. But Muslims will die in their sins they have no savior. Muslims say anyone that converts should be killed what a horrible religion.

Yes many many Christians convert to Islam. I see many of them around my campus too. I've talked to a couple of people that say the left Islam either to Atheism or to Christianity.

Pete is Lying, if there was a sura that says ''kill those that leave islam'' then he would have shown it here. Actually the Quran talks about those that Leave Islam a handful of times and it NEVER mentions anything about a punishment for them In this Life.

I don't think anyone who was truly a Christian converted to Islam, nor could they, if they really believed in Jesus.

But that's not to say that some people who were of a Christian denomination didn't convert -- that has happened. The issue is whether a person who is a member of a Christian denomination is a Christian just because of their membership, and the answer to that is no.

But just because you haven't heard of any muslims converting to Christianity doesn't mean it doesn't happen. It happens today, but unfortunately the muslims who convert to Christianity within a muslim country risk their lives to do so.
Many live a secret Christian life. And many muslim countries don't enjoy a free press-- that's just a few reasons you may not have heard of muslims converting to Christianity.

Yes, many muslims are giving their lives to Jesus Christ. One in particular is Nasir Siddiki who has a large Christian church in Tulsa, OK. under the name of Wisdom Ministries. He was dying and cried out to Jesus and Jesus healed him miraculously. Go to www.wisdomministries.org. Also there is Elijah Cummings, who served Louis Farrakkan of the black nation of islam. He converted to christianity and is so preaching the gospel as well. You can also see ex-terrorists giving their testimonies on TBN the christian network.

Very few people convert to Christianity from what I have read, etc.Islam keeps a tight rein on their own. They disown their families if they convert in this country. I have known of many a true story of a person, usually a woman, being killed for embracing Truth. In this country, Islam is strong because people can be as conservative or liberal as they wish, it seems. The exception to that is a Muslim in America from another country. They are usually pretty conservative. If a Muslim wants to convert they just need to find a solid Apostolic church. The plan of salvation is so simple. Repent-be sorry for sins and vow to turn from sin. When We do this we ask God to come into our heart and take the place of our sins, That symbolizes our death to sin. Then get baptized in Jesus Name. That is symbolic of the burial of your sins. Then receive the Holy Ghost w/ evidence of speaking in other tongues. This is the birth of the spirit. We get the Holy Ghost by simply praising God for all he has already done. God is worthy of all praise. The Bible tells us to ask and God will give us the Holy Ghost. Now have now been raised in newness of life. It is symbolic of the Resurrection of Jesus. To become Muslim you simply make a statement called a shahada. You can say it anywhere, I think. Then you just go to the local mosque, get Muslim garments(no idea where), their prayer books, etc. I'm not "rock solid" how to become Muslim. But I'm "rock solid" on how to become a Christian. Just see Acts 2:38. That's all you need right there!!!!! God Bless!!!!!

I feel, to a few measure, many Christians and Catholics are upset with their possess faith given that a lot of equipped faith is corrupt or isn't as adherent as they faux to be. There have not been many circumstances of pedophilia stated in Islam and a few persons (now not me, however a few) are indignant through the developing presence of homosexuality within the church. They see the stern adherence perceived in Islam as a welcome difference from the hypocrisy in their possess church buildings. Some will also be interested in the perceived vigour that Islam has in that they encourage absolute religion - to the level that there are suicide bombers inclined to die for his or her faith. This stage of willpower may also be awe inspiring for many who are misplaced and browsing for whatever to feel in. I must point out that I'm now not pracicing any faith and all of that is hypothesis.
