He weighs 45lbs. and is 6 months old

-His dad is HUGE he weighs about 95lbs.
-His mom is smaller shes about 40lbs.

Your pup could get as big as his dad, or stay on the smaller size. It's all up to genetics. Every dog is different justl ike people. For this question, you'll just have to wait and be surprised at the end of 2 years; at which time they are pretty much fully mature. Yes, dogs grow up in size up to a year, but internally they are still developing for another year. This is why it is NEVER good to breed any dog before 2 years of age.

Yes probibly as big as its dad, but just watch his weight , the labs can realy go to fat, get good advice on the amunt to feed him and STICK to it and plenty of exercize. a good pup site is www.aussiepuppys.com
