i born 1990/11/18 in south korea and i came to america cloes to 4 years ago i am currently adopt by citizens parents and i want to get permit but i dont have my social security number yet but i have american birth certificate is there anyway i could get my permit ? or how do i get my permit ?

You have an American birth certificate but you were born in South Korea? If you have an American Birth Certificate, you should have a social security number. Talk to your "adopted" parents.

If you were adopted, you have a social security number. Your parents are required to have one in order to file taxes with you as a dependent. I'm also with the people above, you can't have a US birth certificate but be born in Korea. You sound like an illegal to me.

Take all your papers and go to the social security office in your town. If you don't know where it is call your county clerk's office and ask them where it is. But the info should be in the white pages.
