Are there any Spanish movies out there that have pronunciation errors when they were translated from English to Spanish? If so, please tell me where in the movie I could find it.

You mean in dubbing ? That's not very likely, is it - unless you mean proper nouns.

But I often see Spanish subtitles that are mistranslations of the English dialogue.

I think a dubbed movie takes the essence of the actor's voice away. have you ever heard Sean Connery speaking Spanish, that sucks, He is well known for his great British accent. Some cartoons are very well dubbed though. Try The Simpson's in Spanish and i personally like the voices more.
About pronunciation mistakes, well it is difficult to find one because most of the people who dubb are very fluent in both languages.
As I said I prefer movies in their original language.
