as a mother , i think better u cook something special to her. just do the birthday party with yr family only in yr own house.. it's will help also to make yr family relation very close and have so much fun.. yr family can spend more times with her .she will be happy coz she have a happy family in her life. and all of her family members have take care of her birthday. she will be proud with u. dont waste yr money to celebrate birthday at outside.at least u hv a lot of money to do this. for me : the important is yr daugther will happy with her family in her birthday .

Do you have a Chuck E. Cheese's? Look here: http://www.chuckecheese.com/ I don't know where you live but you can put in your zipcode and see. Also: skating parties are great. Something that will keep them busy is best. You can always have it at home in the backyard if you have one. I can recall my daughter's 10th birthday and it was a skating party. It was awesome because you don't have to actually "rent" the entire skating rink; just the birthday party room. Went over very well. G'luck.

I'm sure she'd love a sleepover=)
Or a themed sleepover would be fun..
ex:
Disney (dress up as a disney character)
pop star(dress up as a pop/movie star)
fifties(dress up in 50s attire)
Other cute places..
Justice (for girls) - I don't know if there is one near you, but they are very cute The girls get to dress up, paint their nails, do their makeup, model in the shop windows(that made their day) and play games! This is better if you're not inviting very many friends (maybe 4-5)
Any crafty place would be fun
Or a pizza place=)

If you have a Michael's Arts and Crafts near you call them. They do birthday craft parties and the kids really like them too.
Good Luck!
