The specific terms of the new covenant are as follows:
1. You admit that you have broken God's Laws.
2. You repent (turn around) from serving yourself to serving God.
3. You believe that God came to earth as Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that He lived a perfect life, that He never sinned, and that He always did everything the Father told Him to.
4. You believe that Jesus suffered under the hands of Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, was buried, and rose again the morning of the third day.
5. You believe that His death and burial were in atonement for YOUR sins, that "He who knew no sin became sin", and that it paid the penalty in your place, that He traded places with you.
As a result:
1. God will actually give you an undeserved pardon.
2. God will reconcile you with Himself.
3. God will adopt you into His Forever Family.
4. When you die, God will not judge you for all the sins you've committed while you were still alive.
5. God will open up the gates of heaven and allow you to live eternally in heaven.
Please note that even if you completely QUIT sinning (ie repent), you are STILL guilty of your past sins, you STILL deserve the penalty, and you STILL would go to hell if it weren't for the grace and mercy of God.
That's it, laid out like a formula, but it's more than a mere formula. In reality, it's God demonstrating His Love for you in that while you were still a sinner, He came and died for you. For God so loved this world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Great question! I have also asked for the specific language and have yet to get a good answer. A contract involves obligations from both parties, i.e. "If you obey these commandments, I will make your people greater than all the sands of the sea."
I suspect the Christian contract is... "If you love your neighbor, I will give you eternal life." (The "old" testament does not promise eternal life except through our descendants.) But then the God of the NT goes on to condemn "non-believers" to eternal torment! Where does THAT come from? Show me the NEW contract. There are several OLD contracts and nowhere does it say that non-Jews will be condemned to anything.

The new covenant is spoken about first in the book of Jeremiah. The old covenant that God had established with His people required obedience to the Old Testament Mosaic law. Because the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), the law required that people performed sacrifices in order to please God and remain in His grace.
'The day will come,' says the Lord, 'when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah....But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day,' says the Lord. 'I will put my law in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people" (Jeremiah 31:31,33). Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law of Moses (Matthew 5:17) and create a new covenant between God and His people. The old covenant was written in stone, but the new covenant is written on our hearts, made possible only by faith in Christ, who shed His own blood to atone for the sins of the world.

The terms of the New Covenant are many but basically come down the the two greatest commands, Love God and love fellow man. When we love God, we seek to follow Him and Jesus, the Son. They have things for us to do to get into the kingdom beyond just believing Him. We must believe that Jesus is God's son and confess Jesus this before men, repent of things past that are wrong and be baptized to wash away our sins. Then begins our life with Him, we must daily lift his cross and follow Him in our lives according to our talents. These are all in the scriptures in the New Testament and God does not talk idly, nor does he inspire others to talk about things that are not important.

The term New Covenant (Hebrew: ברית חדשה, berit hadashah ; Greek: διαθήκη καινή, diatheke kaine) is used in the Bible (both in the Hebrew Bible and the Greek New Testament) to refer to an epochal relationship of restoration and peace following a period of trial and judgment. As are all covenants between God and man described in the Bible, it is "a bond in blood sovereignly administered by God.

Hebrews 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
HE will put HIS Law into our minds and our hearts.
The New Covenant is NOT "new".
Deuteronomy 6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
Psalms 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
GOD bless

Actually, a covenant is not a contract.
Let me explain: I have a lease for the apartment I live in. There are pages and pages of fine print in that lease which covers the landlord, protecting his interests. That is a contract. A contract is based on mistrust.
Think about it... marriage is a relationship. It is NOT a contract. Same thing here.
On the other hand, a covenant is a complete giving of yourself to another person with no thought of yourself or your own interests... and as the two enter into a covenant, by intermingling blood or salt or drinking wine or walking between animal carcasses or by marriage... the two become one. One life.
God never initiated contracts with people. Instead, because of His selfless love, He initiated covenants. He gave Himself to and for His people unconditionally.
As for the terms of the New Covenant, the Bible says that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9). The word translated there as confess means "covenant".
The same way that you and I enter into covenant with God, thereby becoming His children, is the same way that Abraham and all those others who came before us did: by calling on His Name.
Romans 10:13 tells us that “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Calling upon His Name is not simply praying or speaking His Name. If it was then many demons would be saved! Isaiah says, in chapter 64:7, as he is lamenting over Israel’s rebellion against God, “there is no one who calls on Your name, who stirs himself up to take hold of You.” He was summing up the general sinful state of the people at the time. However, he provides good insight in this verse about what it means to call upon the Name of the Lord. It is an active stirring oneself, as if from sleep, to take hold of God.
This is not passive acceptance of God, but an aggressive grabbing hold of God and attaching yourself to Him... and this is what covenant is all about! Covenant is all about becoming one with another. When you attach/bind/join yourself to someone you are uniting yourself with them. And thus, to call upon the Name of the Lord means to become one with Him in covenant union.
When a bride says "I do", she gives herself completely to her husband, as he does to her. She takes his name for herself.
It is the same thing with us and God. He has done everything. He has paid everything. The question is never "Does God love me?". It is always "Do I love God with all my heart?"
God bless you

The new covenant replaces the Jewish dietary laws and other minutia of the Jewish religion with two commandments, Love God with your whole heart. Love your neighbor as you love yourself.

God has already signed it He is waiting for you to sign it too. Admit your sin, admit that you can't remove it, but God has made away through Jesus Christ by which you can be made clean. Repent from your sins & accept Jesus as your Lord & savior. Yes it's that simple.
