Brian: No need to get riled up. I'm not pointing this out because he is Mormon. I'm pointing it out because he is the only canidate who wants to make a new amendment to the Constitution over 2 men getting married. Really, there are more important things to be worrying about. It's kind of pathetic that he takes an issue like gay mariage to such an extent.

I don't worry about that one too much. I see alot of people that don't really care for the guy. And the ban on same-sex marriage has been tried over and over and over and over... and it's still not there... It can only go as far as a State vote. I seriously doubt it will ever make it to the Constitution (That one has been going on since the 80's)

As a Baptist, so do I. Not only is he an embarrassement, but I personally think we have a lot more important things for the President to deal with than whether people of the same sex want to "make it legal". Aside from which, I don't want the Mormon church in my business, either.

I wouldn't like a Mormon in the oval office, but I must say I'm disappointed he is the only candidate against gay marriage.

In order to win the republican primaries he has to appeal to the Christian hate groups. Now he hates homosexuals to get their votes but after the primaries he will have to moderate his views so as not to come off looking like a NAZI.

What's so strange about Romney being against gay marriage? Most of the rest of the country is against it too.

I am currently into the religion of the quackers. We worship the duck and dispise the fox. (Mortal enemy to al ducks).
We believe in free egg laying and half hearted attempts to sit our eggs when we have them.
Ducks be praised!

Actually, it was religious before - the insanity of religious belief is what causes Romney to make idiotic statements - and others to vote for him.
