Absolutely!

Trampolining is brilliant exercise. It exercises your organs, and cells. In fact, it even exercises your face muscles making you look younger!

To lose weight and get the best results, do ROUTINES. This means you need to learn a few moves such as:

Tuck jump
straddle jump
pike jump
seat drop
swivel hips
back drop
front drop

and a few variations of these moves too.

go to this website

online-trampoline-coach.com

get the free book, and go to the "routines" page and the "Trampoline for Adults" page for more information. (Also, The routines page has a free book of routines if you recommend a friend!). There is even a DVD and members club.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.thin-get.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
