Being saved in his life refers to the resurrection.

Romans 5:8-15 But God commends His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 10 For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Romans 6:3 Do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father; even so we also should walk in newness of life.

5 For if we have been joined together in the likeness of His death, we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection; 6 knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him in order that the body of sin might be destroyed, that from now on we should not serve sin. 7 For he who died has been justified from sin. 8 But if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 knowing that when Christ was raised from the dead, He dies no more; death no longer has dominion over Him. 10 For in that He died, He died to sin once; but in that He lives, He lives to God.

You must not have gotten that from the King James version. It makes more sense.
It reads:
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
Read all of chapter 5 and that will make more sense to you. But I always read the King James version.
Being saved by His life is because Jesus died for us ( even when we were enemies means we were in sin)and then was resurrected,( He lived again after death) showing us that our souls will rise after death to be with God forever.
In other words if Jesus died for us while we were in sin, how much more will we be reconciled to God because we were saved by Jesus Resurrection ( His life)

I find the New International Version easier to understand than the version to which you linked, though each say the same.
We must start reading from the first of the chapter to follow the line of thought.
We were enemies of God, but through our faith in His Son we have been saved. By living our lives as Jesus did, Jesus lives in us and our hardships will be his. Salvation granted by the Father who loves the Son is that much more assured.

The footnote in my Bible explains it like this: "If Christ died for us while we were yet ungodly, sinners, and enemies, how much more will he do for us since we have become reconciled, godly, and friends? If he saved us by his death, how much more can he save us by his life?" I take that to mean that Jesus' death atoned for our sinful behavior, but his sinless life followed by his resurrection proves that, in him, we can overcome our sin nature. I don't know whether you use the Amplified Bible, but it gave me clarity on this verse, as follows: "For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, it is much more [certain], now that we are reconciled, that we shall be saved [daily delivered from sin's dominion] through His [resurrection] life."

They are not true christians for Jesus asked for us to love. Besides they probably go to church sunday when bible has over 50 verses asking us to go saturday Genesis 2:1 the 7th day is saturday. Many do not celebrate passover instead eucharist and 1st communion which is not in the bible but passover is Matthew 26:15 do this in remembrance of me. Many do not know that that Holy spirit is 2nd coming christ John 15:14 and many do not know that we have a mother God Galatians 4:26 so they may persecute all they want but if they do not follow Christ law they have believed in God in vain.

Some believe that Jesus Christ lived and died only to provide justification and forgiveness of our sins. However, those who believe this are selling His awesome work short. As wonderful as His work is in providing us with justification, His labors in behalf of our salvation do not end there. Notice that verse 10 says we are "saved by His life." Jesus rose from the dead to continue our salvation as our High Priest. God's work of spiritual creation does not end with justification, for at that point we are far from complete. We are completed and saved because of Christ's labor as our Mediator and High Priest only because He is alive.
