They are, but please keep in mind that they can also be high in cholesterol. If you need to add iron to your diet (many women do), you might consider combining oranges with fortified cereal for breakfast or dark, leafy veggies like spinach with broccoli for dinner.

Liver is very high in iron. I am not sure about oysters. I don't care for liver though; if I needed more iron I would have to get it from another source.

Are you still having trouble with anemia? If so and you like liver, it would be very good for you.

yes, it is a googd source of that mineral, it is good for you, your body needs iron, but dont eat it too much because then you will start to have kidney problems, from too mcuh iron.
