That's cool with me (the ten commandments are sucky anyway).

not really. since the Bible's where we get our standards as to right and wrong, and this nation was founded on Christianity, not anything else, i'd say no.
Also you should familiarise yourself with the law, and legal proceedings. It might do you some good in understanding how the Courthouses function from within, as the parallels to it and the bible are clear. The bible has the basics of court proceedings in dealings with witnesses and false witnesses and capitol and minor offenses, and what was to them the grading of crimes et cetera. and so on. You may want to try reading it as a lot of where this nations system of justice (our Legal System) came from is from the Bible and other religious societies that were advanced in culture.
As for witchcraft... erm, i've never been a big fan. Besides the commandments against it in the bible, i find the whole idea stupid. I know that in part some things exist, like souls and God and the devil and angels and demons and stuff, and know there is such a thing as spiritual power good or evil..... BUT truthfully i also feel that anybody that prays to the devil and thinks they can conjure up spells and talk to demons and dead people is extremely schizophrenic and needs to be committed to an institution.

You need to move to a country who was founded on a different beliefs. America was founded on Christian beliefs people up and until about 20 years ago we never had people who were bothered by having the 10 commandments posted in schools or prayer after the pledge of allegiance. I think we all need to have the same stance as the prime minister of Australia if you have a problem with how our nation was founded and our Christian beliefs you are free to move elsewhere.........
Hey did you notice that about 20 years ago our children began to have more problems first there was more fighting, second drugs and alcohol third carrying guns to school and now going in an shooting up the schools and people in them and not to mention there family. Maybe if we had kept God in our schools these problems would be almost non existent today? I hope we put prayer the 10 commandments and God back into our whole nation not just our schools that is my prayer. Even our churches, some of them have become politically correct instead of bibically correct

Since the same principles that form the foundation of Christianity are the same principles that form the foundation for the US legal system, why not keep them in? Obviously the founding fathers borrowed thier ideas from -- you know - the Christians. :)
It's no different than placing a memorial, statue or plaque as a sign of respect to something or someone that has positively contributed to society.
The other ideologies you mention can't make the same claim.

The 10 commandments are fundamental to society.
They predate Judaism, from the code of Hammurabi.
I'd also have the Golden Rule inscribed.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
Every religion has some form of this in their tradition.

Wish the American Atheists got that! They might get better results than raising Christian hackles.
If you allow one flavor of religious or spiritual expression, you got to allow them all, even the non-religious and non-spiritual ones.

Well, the 10 commandments promote good. the other stuff you named is just some stuff that lonely emo people made up. Anyway, I don't care if the 10 commandments are or aren't posted at a courthouse. I know what I believe.

If you want to contribute to Justice become a Lawer or a Judge. Meaningless window dressing will not improve the US justice system.

Why are they so concerned with the 10 commandments anyway?
Jesus said "Love one another as I have loved you." And said to put this above and beyond any other commandments.
