No - you can't "burn out" after 2 days working 4hrs/day. Have you seen a Dr? Is the standing and lifting causing your pain? You should know how your body works - are you in good physical shape or not? If you don't feel better after the weekend's break I think the job is physically too stressful for you. There are many illnesses which are triggered by too much activity - myopathy, fibromyalgia, etc. Do you have muscle pain or joint pain or both? Headache? Did all this start just after your new job started? Did you feel like this after some heavy activity before? You need to learn to listen to your body what it is telling you. If you are using your muscles and feet for the first time you will be sore and tired for a week but you should recover after some rest. If not I'd recommend to see a Dr.
Take care of yourself! Good luck!

First of all you just started this job and you are not use to it.Anyone will get sore from all the things they aren't used to.Your muscles will adapt to what you have to do if you continue the work.As far as your college and not being able to keep up you will have to adjust to both or give up the job and finish college,And wear comfortable shoes and perhaps a back brace for work.

Your body is telling you that it is tired. Beef up on your vitamins and be sure to get as much sleep as possible. Once you get used to the lifting and being on your feet, you will get used to it. This is also a great learning experience... Go to college and get a degree so you don't end up working in an auto parts store! Welcome to the real world!

I worked full time while going to college, and it is easy to become burned out. It can get numb after a while, and fall into a usual routine. It is worth it all, to get that college degree and make something of your life.

At work, it is easier to lift stuffs than to work at a register. Not everybody be able to stand on their feet all day.
I worked two jobs sometimes long eighteen-hours.

you have some thing called a basal metabolic fee (BMR) The BMR is the means (energy) it takes just to maintain the needed tactics on your physique.this suggests which you burn approximately 60 energy an hour merely being at relax. so which you dont would desire to actively be burning the different 1100 an afternoon as your physique will do this just to maintain you alive.

Put in the time now. It is either this way or a bunch of student loan payments when you graduate. Dig deeper and try to stay with it and of course, get your homework done.
Do what it takes to succeed in your life!

Your job is physically very taxing considering that you are also in school. You are not burnt out from your job but more of physically exhausted.
Try to look for a desk job or jobs that would not eat up your energy. You need enough energy for schooling and that's is your priority.

i'll suggest you to get a lighter job, maybe something in an office. you can keep this current job, but i think it's physically demanding, which might be ok after a while (when your body gets used to that kind of activity), but you also need to be physically rested to be able to concentrate in school stuff.
