By April 2008, I need to switch to an "adult" doctor. Do I need blood work when I make the switch?

I would be interested to know what condition you have to have bloodworks.

Anyway, switching doctors would not require blood works not unless your new doctor has something to verify or want to know further or want to follow up which is a source of concern over your health. It will all depend on your general condition.

If you're an adolescent, there are no routinely needed tests. If your immunization records are good, and you have no chronic medical problems, there's little reason for any.
