I recently bought a windshield sprayer replacement (the one that sits on the hood for most cars), and this one includes a blue LED light, so how do i connect that so that it lights up. ( it says to connect to the 12V battery source, where is that?)

just connect the red wire to the +battery terminal and the black wire to any metal on the car or the- of the battery
it will be on permanently but wont be a problem as it only uses tiny amounts of power

You could splice it into a wire that is hot when your head lights are on. There is another possibility that you could tie it directly in to the battery wiring and go through a fuse and a switch.

good luck.

well considering they look cool they are illegal. i would for cops sake hook them up to a toggle switch all u do is ground the switch then run a wire from ur toggle to ur battery then to the battery to the leds. good luck but i have hooked them up directly to my headlight wire and got pulled over several times because they are blue, good luck

If you do not know where your battery is you should take to dealer without a doubt!
