In those days, there is this Friar Tuck, a walking sinner of glutonny, and Robin Hood. Well,it was alright then to steal from the rich to help the poor.
Nowadays, that is illegal.
Instead, it's OK to steal from the poor to make the rich richer since the 1900's.

Good question!!! I don't know if it would be on the internet or just found in the library, but you could look up about the early church and find the era you are looking for. I do believe that you would have better luck in the library though. (Course I am a book buff)
Another thing would be to find a Christian History book. Just history...like what you would study in school...this tells allot about the christian backround.
And unlike many people believe the Catholic church was not the only church in that era.
I was blessed enough to get to attend a Christian school growing up and our history books talked allot about that stuff...just wish I could remember it!
Good luck and God bless

I know a couple of sites where you can hear sermons on church history during those periods. One is Enduring Word at this link http://www.enduringword.com/history_audio.html

And this one is from Grace Baptist Church http://sermonaudio.com/search.asp?sourceOnly=true&currSection=sermonssource&keyword=gbc&keyworddesc=Grace+Baptist+Church&subsetcat=series&subsetitem=Church+History

You can also check the Free Stuff page @ http://web.express56.com/~bromar/ where I got these links from to see if some of the other links have written material. I'm pretty sure several of them do.

You can also download the Free e-Sword software from that page and then download some of the Free add ons like

IN THE 14 and 16 hundreds, to be christian was to be a catholic. Nothing else existed. No protestant denomination arrived untill the 1500's. Well the first 14 hundred years anyway. you need catholic history for that.

I invite you to read History of the Reformation of the Sixteenth Century by Merle D'Aubigné. To my knowledge this is the best book you will ever find on this topic! God bless! :)
