avoid drinks with hig-frutous corn syrup. I've extremely sensative skin and it's more prone to acne if i drink sodas, certain juices(juicey juice is 100% safe), and yogurts, and foods as well. But if you can't help yourself. At least drink a glass water right before you go to bed. it helps reduce the redness and swelling for the rest of the day. keep those sodas and sugary drinks to a minimum too. Good luck.

Wash with natural organic kiss my face olive and green tea soap. Then use which hazel and triple antibiotic cream. I use this all the time and it feels so good on your skin ( I hate it when your skin already is red and hurts and you use something that makes it worse) It works better then anything for me.
Hope it works for you.

make a paste with baking powder and water and put it on for about ten minutes. Dab some toothpaste on it before bed and it should be gone in no time.
