I shoot cowboy factory loads sometimes and want to reload the brass for normal shooting. Do magtech, winchester, etc use the same brass for both Cowboy and regular loads?

Yes.

The headstamps might be different, but Cowboy Action Shooting loads are put up in brass that meets the same SAAMI specifications as standard factory loads in that caliber.

YES..All commercial factory ammunition and individual components sold are manufactured to the same standards. The Cowboy Competetion loads are loaded to standard spec's (powder charges) to prevent damage to lighter framed guns, but the brass and ALL components are identical in size, weight and design

as far as I know, yes..no difference in the brass. Cowboy loads are typically loaded lighter for reduced recoil and velocity..

Yes, the only difference in these loads is that they are loaded down to keep recoil down.
