My question is about a human body's state?

hi all, could u guys tell me there is a state of human body when u suddenly wake up from ur sleep n u feel u can see around with ur eyes open but cant move ur body it has a medical name can any body tell me wat it is?

It is termed as "Sleep Paralysis" which occurs when the brain awakes from a REM (raid eye movement) state, but the bodily paralysis persists. The person will be fully aware and can see the things around but unable to move.
