Please, I really need some good help with this job.?

I have somewhat of a problem, for about 5 months now, i have expressed what desire i have working for Ross and i have gone to every single store in my city and asked if they take applications, with no response. But today, i noticed that they are opening a new Ross about 5 minutes away from my house and that they are taking applications.
I don't have any experience in the retail buisness,I have only worked within security and the food industry for about 3-4 years now.And with this being a job i have wanted for MONTHS,and now my opp. is here i just dunno what to do. I know it's gonna be competetive and w/ me not havin any experience, i have to really stick out.I would love any positive help i can get, maybe you have something you on your resume?it's so frustruating cause i dunno how to reach out to them.The store hasn't opened yet, so i can't walk in there and talk to them one-on-one, otherwise i'd do that.But now they are judging me on my resume. What would you do/write?Plz help me!Thx

I guess what i'd like is if some ppl could advice me on what to write or underline, since i have no experience.

They are asking to State your career objective, location and compensation requirements, and attach your resume

This is a retail job at a store that sells seconds and discontinued items. How competitive can it be? I doubt people are beating down the doors to work there.

Just fill out the application and turn it in. It's a minimum wage job in retail.

Your career objective is to get into retail fashion business.
(I assume Ross is some kind of ladies fashion store)
Don't say you have no experience; you've been working.
Talk about what you have learned & done which is useful.
e.g. Security has given you the background to protect the
store's assets from shop-lifters, or detect credit fraud.
Food services has taught you to deal with demanding people.
Give some examples of situations you have managed well.
