1- everything is a sin

2- christian religion is a bit illogical and asks its followers things they cannot do since they are imperfect (if god is so wise he should know people are imperfect and not demand things they cannot do due to their imperfection)

3- christians need an excuse to behave and do what everybody else does. (I do this even though is a sin since i am imperfect but anyway everyboy else is imperfect and do this so it doesnt really matter)

christianity is a bit screwed up,know two christians belive the same thing, the bible has been tampered with so much it has far to many contradictions, "apparently" jesus died for all their sins so they now think they can do as they like and still be "safe" great way to think but i dont believe it one bit

#1 is a totally illogical conclusion. I'm not sure why you cooked that one up. That doesn't make any sense.

#2. This one is inaccurate. God doesn't demand anything from you that you cannot handle. In fact, the whole point of Christianity is that Christ died for your sins and you are forgiven for them! We are not perfect, and God loves us anyway. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness (ah, but that's the rub for some, isn't it?).

#3. Unfortunately, for some Christians this is probably true. I have known my share of Christians who used forgiveness as an excuse to do what they want. But this is NOT true love of God, and it is NOT the Gospel. Most Christians won't buy this excuse.

Look, forgiveness is not a free ride to do whatever you want. If you are doing that, then you are not being sincere. The problem with that approach to Christianity is that God knows your heart. If you are trying to use him or manipulate him to do whatever you want, he will know. Think of it this way: your parents love you (or should). When they raised you, they expected you to do good, didn't they? And when you did things wrong, did they stop loving you? No, of course not. But you still got punished, and if you loved your parents, you eventually stopped doing bad things. Christianity is not much different. Of course, that doesn't stop SOME Christians from manipulating their own faith. No one is perfect, but some of us are definitely more imperfect than others.

You're asking questions for which you've already formed a solid answer in your mind. You do realize this, yes?

But I'll bite.

1. Sin is a heart condition. The actions you call sin are really just the results of a sinful or ungodly nature, the self-serving nature. We are all born with this self-serving nature. That doesn't make it ok to be self-serving.

2. It is possible through Christ to turn away from the sin nature and receive a clean heart. It's a continuing process of "dying to self", day in and day out.

3. Christians do not look for "excuses" to live the way everybody else does. We are to be separate from the world. The world cusses, I don't. The world lusts, I don't. The world hates, I don't. I have no interest in being like the world. Those things have no hold on me. In fact I find them as repulsive as vomit.

Your second point hits the nail on the head. Since we are imperfect God knew "religion" couldn't do it. So, through Jesus who is 100% God, and 100% man He lived the perfect life we couldn't. Since sin is the reason for death, in dieing without sin He was the perfect sacrifice the "Law" demanded. It's deep, I know.

Some of Jesus' followers were troubled and saddened after Jesus had spoken some words. they said " Then who can be saved !!" , Jesus replied " What is impossible for man , is possible for God " . I am living proof that God works . I am living a completely new life, i mean new habits, my addiction to porn is gone, i have a different personality altogether. I read a post i worte on a forum a couple of years back ,and i couldnt recognize myself! i was shocked that i used to sound the way i did, i was hatefilled , and used to enjoy insulting people and hurting them. So to that person i used to be, it was impossible, but with God working in me, all these things that used to be impossible are now happening, and though im not perfect , im not the same person i used to be, and im making bounds as time passes . I say this to encourage you, and that if you see things in the bible that you feel are impossible to follow, God will give you the strength . Even God knows we are incapable of following His good ways, which is why He said " I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God." So, your right it is impossible, thats why we need to seek Gods help so that He will shine through us

1-Not everything is sin. Only that which the lord expressly forbade or told us was immoral/unholy.
2-Since man is imperfect that is why God sent His son, Jesus so that by believing in him and turning away from our sinful path (everyone fumbles along the way) we may be forgiven. Not held to account for our transgressions. Very logical.
3-Can't follow your thought process on this one. Elaborate. Clarify.

Not everything is a sin. Christianity is the most logical religion there ever was, is or will be. The Bible says that anyone who has been washed in the Spirit will leave their sinful ways behind and become a new person.

The Bible also states that "not all men (women too) who say they are godly really are."

I think some Christians have an inferiority complex. They keep telling us that we as a species; are not good enough, and we never will be. They keep telling us not to sin, but then admit even they are not perfect. They keep telling us their God is perfect but purposely made imperfect human beings to make life more interesting. I don't get it... But whatever works for them...

What's with the thumbs down? Am I getting to close to the truth for you?

Nope. Its:

4) God gave us the 10 Commandments.

Do you know one person who has not lied? Or not taken too much change when given to him at the store? Or not been jealous that someone has something better? Because that person is a way better person than me.

I am a sinner because I do not live my life as God ordained it. I try, but I am only human. Thank God that Jesus died on the cross for our sins.

No. unquestionably no longer. To be a Christian is to be a Saint. that would not advise you probably did no longer sin as we communicate. perhaps you probably did, perhaps you probably did no longer. that is between God and you. yet once you're a Saint then you are not to any extent further a sinner. you are going to be able to ought to combat the flesh universal, yet that does no longer advise you're a sinner now. you're a Saint. no longer a sinner. I Cr 13;8a so a good distance as hypocrites bypass, nicely i might fairly bypass to Heaven with a team of hypocrites, than to bypass to Hell with a team of hypocrites.
