anyone get cysts? mine seem to be from ingrown hairs.
i had a doctor use a punch to take one out.
where this cylinder thing gets punched in your skin.
anyone have a dr just cut a slit. and take one out?

Cysts are pretty weird. Even if you pop them they tend to fill back up with pus. What you need to do is actually go to your doctor and have it cut out. This isn't a huge surgery or anything and can pretty much done in less than an hour. My mom had to have hers cut out because it just kept filling up everytime they popped it. Since then it has never filled up again.

If you are getting ingrown hairs, I recommend you exfoliate your skin more often. This will help release the toxins and should reduce the level of cysts. If it's on your face, you can put your face in a face steamer and do this every day to open your pores. You should be on a regiment like Acne Statin to help your skin stay clear or even Pro Active.

sometimes you can hit them with something hard like the edge of a book and they will go away
