The mercy killing done in good faith should not be considered homicide. i.e. Dr. Kevorkian.

HOW CAN YOU BE THE DEFENSE OF THIS, HOW CAN YOU SHOW EVIDENCE THAT YOU THINK THIS IS CONSIDERED HOMICIDE?

He even admits it is killing. It is murder thus it is a homicide. That's enough evidence.

I have watched films of some of his assisted suicides and I think I have to side with him.

The people in the film were in constant terrible pain. He would make at least three visits to the home of the person he was assisting, and he would only work with people in their right minds. He would involve family members, getting their consent and having all involved sign statements that this was their choice.

God will judge Kevorkian. I think God will be merciful.

Murder is murder, by any other name it is still murder.
If you take a human life it is murder, therefor a homicide has occurred. Period.
