Would like to know more about the Wheelguyz scam?

I ordered two tires from Wheelguyz in Florida, back on August 13th, and was charged $150 on my credit card. They later called back and left a message on my answering machine, that they weren't in stock, and would refund my money, but after 30+ days have not. Can't get them on the phone either.

Did you file a dispute with your credit card? You only have 60 days.
