I have two things I generally swap over as I feel the mood -
one is a Morrocan style lantern - the metal is old bronze that has gone a beautiful bluey green colors and the glass is a frosty blue - it has intricate little black leaves painted onto the glass (I put small tea-light candles inside).
The second thing I often use on my table is a old bronze bowl from India. It is carved with beautiful flowery patterns and is all that lovely slate bluey green colors. I have 3 decorative wooden carved balls in it. Sometimes I sit a small mini carpet I bought at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul Turkey under these items as it has the same bluey colors in it.

That's it.

Hi,I have a glass top coffee table. There are 4 squares of glass panels. The left side has some big picture books, of Trees, of the landscapes in America, of King Tuts Tomb. Then in the middle is a big ceramic container with leaves on it, then next to that is a big cluster of fossilized sand-dollars. Byee

I haven't had a coffee table since 1999. But if I had one I'd put my drink on it.
