what should i do?

i downloaded a program that i am unaware of what it is. ever since downloading that some things on my computer havent been working. diablo lod, word, and others. i don't want to spend any money on programs to get rid of it and i don't have a windows disc to format my harddrive. what should i do?

You should be able to find it in add/remove programs in control panel. Be careful to not remove anything other than that program. Good luck.
