Went out to Chili's. Had me a Old Timer burger; wife had their guiltless chicken with corn on the cob and fresh steamed veggies! It was so good as always! We had their Homestyle fries topped with melted cheese, jalapeños,applewood smoked bacon & jalapeño-ranch dipping sauce for our appetizer and they gave it to us as a complimentary item because it was our first time to visit this particular new location! I've never found a Chili's I didn't like.

Chicken breasts in a garlic and lime marinade on the grill, with cauliflower roasted in the oven with a yogurt-lime-curry-cilantro sauce. Then chocolate ice cream.

My boyfriend just called and ask if he could fix me dinner--I hesitated because he cooks for me so often I feel bad. Anyway, I am headed to his house now, he said something about salmon. I am so lucky (to be eating salmon for dinner and to have such a great boyfriend)

I've been making a stew with pork ribs, cabbage, tomatoes and a bunch of other veggies in my crockpot all day. My house smells fantastic and I'm hungry!!
