Make sure you appear professional at all times! Send out flyers, ask friend's parents, tell your parents to get the word out, put a flyer on one of those notice boards they have at grocery stores, etc.

Plus make sure you proofread your flyers ...

And when you do get a job, make sure you bring a lot of games, crafts, etc. for the kids to do. You want them to be happy!

And ask the parents if the kids have any allergies, or tendencies to be aggressive to something, etc.

The amount of money/hr depends on where you live. Around here a teenager would get paid $2/child/hr. Your parents could tell people at work, you could put an add in the newspaper, or post flyers at grocery stores etc.
