The whole magic of creatine is that is stores water in your muscles to allow more of a workout before your muscles fatigue. Alot of that mass that you see is the water. I know this because I used to use it. It can cause pain in the shoulder areas. I suffered from that. I was told that it can be a common side affect. In the military it is a big no no. In fact three airbourne soldiers were killed during a march from dehydration specifically linked to creatine. Its not all bad but definately something that has side affects which you have to watch and keep in mind. Its has been banned in Iraq in so far as soldiers using it. You will not loose your natural strength because it is what you had to begin with. What you will loose is the amount of workout you can do prior to fatigue which to be honest..... if you eat a proper diet really will not cause such a problem as you may think.

Creatine is an iffy substance. some people report gains, others just get bloated, and still others report nothing. Try cycling your creatine schedule When you stop...you might lose some water weight, you might lose some strength, or nothing, Make sure to follow dosages, using to much of this can reportedly cause kidney problems, Be careful, If your taking it for exercises that last long, such as distance running or distance swimming, forget creatine. Creatine helps teh body replenish its ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Creatine is best for exercises that use short bursts of energy, such as bench press, or short sprints etc. Happy lifting

if you have been training properly there would only be as much weight lost as there was gained during the first 7-10 days of creatine use.
creatine is for strength training but it will help to increase muscle mass "only" if your diet supplies sufficient calories and nutrients. when you come off creatine there should only be a loss of endurance and no decrease in the one repetition maximum. creatine is only a cellular energy source it has no effect on the hormones.

You lose the water weight which makes your muscles look a bit smaller and you lose the effects that creatine has on your muscles so it may appear that you have lost some endurance.

Think about what contain to your diet, not whatever you must take away. Integrate yummy veggies into your meal, rather than serving them on the side. Not only will they offset the fat within your chicken or meat, but the phytochemicals in fresh produce are which can prevent diseases.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy the many ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.

Suck this in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to a flatter stomach.

Eat goats cheese as opposed to regular cheese. It contains 40 per cent fewer calories than the cheese created from cow’s milk.
