I think I have it down but, want some extra advice if anyone has any tips.

Make sure all of your bottles, caps and rings are sterilized, and make sure you are filling your bottles to the recommended level - all very important! I will give you a great site to look at for a ton of info...

I have canned only one time with my family. It is very time consuming and you have to be really careful and do it the right way or your food could spoil. I wouldnt try to do it by myself, to many steps. Good luck, and be really careful that you follow the directions carefullly. There is nothing better than canned fresh veggies.

Follow the recipe and manufactures directions very closely, timing is the whole secret to a successful canning project.
