a grilled cheese sandwich
(yes i just saw that grilled cheese sandwich thing on yahoo haha)
i havent eaten anything all day until about 5 PM.
i ate two crackers, a small piece of watermelon and a few plantanes..
should i make the grilled cheese or not?

Hello:
I would make a grilled cheese sandwich and also I would fix a nice bowl of tomato soup to go with it and some crackers to go with your soup if desired! ;-)

you should never skip meals because it burns you bodies muscle tissue.
always have a balanced diet
milk, grains, fruits and vegetables, and of course dairy.
eat the cheese sandwich its good for you.

no cheese is high in saturated fat
try a fruit instead
