i kinda felt blah-ish lately and havent felt much of any emotion.
am i depressed? are there any medications that cause blah-ness?

emotionless? neutral? maybe those could be words to describe your mood. actually if you are taking an anti-depression medicine and you really dont need it, it can make you feel "emotionless."

It's called being apathetic. It can lead to depression, but I don't think feeling 'blahish' means you're depressed.

However, some anti-depressants can make you feel this way.

It's fixed easily, however. Go on a healthy diet, and don't eat bad foods. Bad foods show a direct link to your mood.


Icecream, by the way, raises seratonin levels and actually makes you happier.
(Note, I spelled "seratonin" wrong.

Have you been under any stress lately?
What is it you want to change or are unhappy about?
Our emotions vacillate...they don't always stay the same.
If you're concerned, talk to a mental health professional.
It could also be your hormones. It wouldn't hurt to get a check-up with your doc.
